Cancellation Policy

RENTAL FEE Lessee shall pay to Lessor as a rental fee for the use by Lessee of the Venue, the sum of the allotted time (including $200 refundable security deposit) no later than 2 weeks before event. (50%) deposit is due immediately (effective date of this agreement). The balance of the rental fee shall be paid in full by Lessee within 30 days prior to the event. INDEMNIFICATION Lessee shall indemnify, defend and save harmless Lessor, its officers, agents and employees from and against any and all loss, cost (including attorney fees), damage, expense and liability in connection with claims, judgments, damages, penalties, fines, liabilities, losses, suits, administrative proceedings, arising out of any act of neglect by Lessee, its agents, employees, contractors, Lessees, invitees, representatives, in or about the Venue. This indemnity shall survive the termination of this Agreement. Lessee hereby releases Lessor from any and all liability or responsibility to Lessee or anyone claiming through or under Lessee by way of subrogation or otherwise for any loss or damage to equipment or property of Lessee covered by any insurance then in force. AS IS CONDITION Lessee agrees to accept the Venue in its as is condition with all faults. The Lessee agrees to no tacking of any kind to hang decorations. Tape is allowed as long as paint does not peel from walls. It is the Lessees responsibility to remove and all tape immediately after event, remove trash to the agreed upon location, remove personal property and return the Venue to its original condition, unless paying a for a clean up fee. The Lessor is willing to assist with any special decoration requests. Glitter and confetti is not permitted to be brought in by the Lessee. Security deposits will not be returned if glitter/confetti is left behind. SECURITY DEPOSIT The client hereby agrees to the following set policies for the date and time specified on the contract. Violation of any part of this contract will yield a loss of client’s security deposit: CANCELLATION The 50% deposit paid at booking is non-refundable. If Lessee chooses to cancel this Agreement 14 days or less prior to the Event, Lessee will owe 100% of the total rental fee and receive no refund. Exceptions can be made for re-scheduling if given notice at least 14 days before event. COVID-19 - If Lessee chooses to cancel due to COVID reasons, no refunds will be given unless restrictions are set by the State on the Venue that force the Lessee.
